3 homepages, one kit
Pick the one that fits the business. Each is a full-page pattern you can switch to in the Site Editor, and each opens live in the demo.

The platedefault
One house per screen: the photograph across three fifths of the page and its caption beside it like a wall label (the name, the town, the acres, the architect and the year, the price or Price on request); then the portfolio as plates, and every kind of property as a catalogue with its count.

Ivory
The same home in daylight: ivory ground and espresso type, the call in espresso, the photographs and the catalogue unchanged.

The portfolio
The portfolio as the home: the first screen is three plates side by side under the headline, for teams whose listings sell them; then the catalogue.

Larkin & Ward theme FAQ
Is the luxury real estate agent theme a block theme?
Yes. It is a child theme of Groundwork, built from core WordPress blocks and theme.json. Every page, header and footer can be edited in the block editor, with no page builder.
What pages does the luxury real estate agent website template include?

Does it add RealEstateAgent structured data?
Yes, with the free Groundwork Local plugin. It outputs RealEstateAgent structured data with your name, phone, address and service areas, plus FAQPage structured data from the FAQ sections on each page.
Can I change the colors and fonts?
Yes. Colors and fonts are theme.json presets, so you can change them site-wide in the Site Editor under Styles.
Does it include a contact form?
Yes, and a home value form. The free Groundwork Local plugin adds a contact form to the Contact page and a home value form to the valuation and town pages (with its first step, one address field, on the home). Every request is saved under Leads in your WordPress dashboard and emailed to you, so a lead isn't lost if your host's email isn't set up.
Are the luxury real estate agent reviews and stats real?
No. The kit ships clearly labeled sample reviews and numbers so the layout is complete. Replace them with real reviews before launch.
