Yes. It is a child theme of Groundwork, built from core WordPress blocks and theme.json. Every page, header and footer can be edited in the block editor, with no page builder.

Can I change the colors and fonts?
Yes. Colors and fonts are theme.json presets, so you can change them site-wide in the Site Editor under Styles.
Does it include a contact form?
Yes. The free Groundwork Local plugin adds a contact form to the Contact page. Every message is saved under Leads in your WordPress dashboard and emailed to you, so a lead isn't lost if your host's email isn't set up.
