Home page, section by section

  1. 1

Hero: The first screen is the home value form: one address field at type size across the photograph, with the 12 sales' totals under it.

  2. 2

Sold sheet: 5 of the 12 sales as a ledger: street and town, list price, sold price, % of asking and days on market, with the totals worked out from the rows.

  3. 3

Services: The 6 services as the rooms of a floor plan, each room a link to its page.

  4. 4

Listings: Featured listings with photograph, price, beds, baths and square feet, and a place for an IDX plugin's search.

  5. 5

Process: 5 steps beside a photograph, each with its week.

  6. 6

Testimonials: Reviews from real customers, ideally pulled from your Google Business Profile.

  7. 7

Guides index: Every guide, one line each, so the answer is one tap away.

  8. 8

Moment: One full-width photograph with a single line from the business on it.

  9. 9

Service areas: Every town as the seller's question (What’s my house worth in Springfield?), each linking to its page, with the sales there counted from the sheet.

  10. 10

Call to action: The closing line on the one dark band, with the home value form and the call.

Hollis & Serrano Home Selling theme FAQ

Is the listing agent theme a block theme?

Yes. It is a child theme of Groundwork, built from core WordPress blocks and theme.json. Every page, header and footer can be edited in the block editor, with no page builder.

What pages does the listing agent website template include?

30 pages: Home, How we sell, Recently sold homes in Springfield, Homes for sale, Guides, What it costs to sell a house, Towns we sell in, Our agents, About us, FAQ, Blog, Contact, Home valuation in Springfield, Pricing your home, Preparing your house to sell, Our marketing plan, Private and coming-soon listings, Buying and selling at the same time, What’s my house worth in Riverton?, What’s my house worth in Millbrook?, What’s my house worth in Oak Hill?, What’s my house worth in Cedar Falls?, What’s my house worth in Westfield?, Claire Hollis, listing agent in Springfield, Mateo Serrano, listing agent in Springfield, How to sell a house, step by step, How long does it take to sell a house?, Seller costs and your net sheet, Offers: escalation clauses, contingencies and appraisal gaps, Privacy policy.

Does it add RealEstateAgent structured data?

Yes, with the free Groundwork Local plugin. It outputs RealEstateAgent structured data with your name, phone, address and service areas, plus FAQPage structured data from the FAQ sections on each page.

Can I change the colors and fonts?

Yes. Colors and fonts are theme.json presets, so you can change them site-wide in the Site Editor under Styles.

Does it include a contact form?

Yes, and a home value form. The free Groundwork Local plugin adds a contact form to the Contact page and a home value form to the valuation and town pages (with its first step, one address field, on the home). Every request is saved under Leads in your WordPress dashboard and emailed to you, so a lead isn't lost if your host's email isn't set up.

Does it include IDX or MLS search?

Not by itself. The kit ships featured listings you enter by hand (photograph, price, beds, baths, square feet and status) and a place on the For sale page where an IDX plugin's search goes. IDX needs your MLS's approval and a paid IDX vendor; no theme can include it.

Are the listing agent reviews and stats real?

No. The kit ships clearly labeled sample reviews and numbers so the layout is complete. Replace them with real reviews before launch.
